Job summary

Triumph ABA seeks a part-time Behavior Technician (BT) to deliver one-on-one ABA services to children with autism under BCBA supervision. You will implement plans, collect data, and support clients in home and community settings.

Work with BCBAs, BTs, and families to help children reach meaningful goals while maintaining HIPAA confidentiality and professional standards. Most cases start after school hours and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of prior experience working with children or in a related field.
• Examples of related jobs include Paraprofessional, Special Education Teacher, RBT, Autism Aide, BI, and related roles.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and collaborate with supervisors.
• HIPAA confidentiality and privacy regulations must be followed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one in-home or community-based ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Keep detailed records of client progress, session notes, and observed behavior changes.
• Implement behavioral plans developed by the BCBA/LBA.
• Collaborate with therapy team, including BCBAs, other BTs, and parents/guardians.
• Respond promptly to needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and stakeholders.
