Job summary

Acorn Health is looking for a Part-Time In Home Behavior Technician to join our team and work with families in their homes. You will deliver high quality, intensive ABA interventions under supervision of BCBA who develops each client’s treatment plan.

Qualifications include 1–2 years experience with children, a Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related field preferred, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience with children is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, teaching, or related field preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA interventions under BCBA supervision.
• Complete training to provide therapy.
• Collaborate with BCBA and team to ensure quality service.
• Support parent and caregiver training.
• Collect data and document records to monitor progress.
• Communicate with parents and supervisors to improve treatment plans.
• Provide services in center, home, school, or other locations.
• Schedule may include driving between clients.
