Job summary

Acorn Health is seeking full-time Behavior Technicians (BTs) to deliver high-quality, intensive ABA interventions under supervision. You will work 1:1 with children, collecting data, and collaborating with BCBAs to implement treatment plans in centers, homes, schools, or other locations.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of experience with children and are pursuing or have a bachelor's degree in psychology or a related field. A valid driver’s license and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience working with children is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, teaching, or related field preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA treatment to clients under supervision.
• Work with supervising BCBA and team to ensure quality service delivery.
• Support parent and caregiver training as directed by the BCBA.
• Collect data and document client progress to inform treatment decisions.
• Communicate with parents and supervisors to improve treatment plans.
• Provide services in center, home, school, or other clinically indicated locations.
