Job summary

Acorn Health is hiring Part-Time Behavior Technicians to deliver high-quality, intensive ABA interventions under supervision of BCBA supervisors. You will provide 1:1 therapy to children across centers, document progress, and support families with coaching and data collection.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of experience working with children and are pursuing or possess a degree in psychology, teaching, or related fields.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience working with children highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, teaching, or related field preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Complete training necessary to provide therapy (state requirements vary).
• Deliver 1:1 direct ABA treatment to clients to increase skills and reduce problem behaviors.
• Work closely with supervising BCBA and team to ensure high quality service.
• Support parent and caregiver training as directed by the BCBA.
• Collect data and document client records to monitor progress and inform treatment decisions.
• Communicate regularly with parents, supervisor, and others to improve treatment plans.
• Provide services to clients in center, home, school, or other locations as clinically indicated.
• Travel between clients may be required.
