Job summary

Advanceable ABA is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide in-home ABA therapy in Yorktown, VA and surrounding areas. You will work 1:1 with children in their natural home setting, under the supervision of a BCBA.

The role emphasizes play, learning, and communication goals and offers meaningful work that directly improves lives. Flexible scheduling for part-time or full-time positions, with training and supervision provided to support your growth in the ABA field.

Qualifications

• Experience with kids or individuals with special needs is preferred.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.
• Strong communication, patience and professionalism are essential.
• RBT certification in progress is supported by the company.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Track progress with session data and notes.
• Communicate with families and clinical team to support success.
• Maintain activity during sessions (sit, squat, play, run, etc.).
