Job summary

Advanceable ABA in Pamplin, VA is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) to deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under a BCBA's supervision. You will work in the child's natural environment to help build communication, play, and life skills.

Part-time or full-time roles with flexible scheduling; paid onboarding, 40-hour RBT course, and ongoing supervision. Driving required; reliable transportation; great entry into behavioral health.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• 1+ year of experience with kids or individuals with special needs (preferred).
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (required).
• Already certified as an RBT? Great! Not yet? We’ll support your path to certification.
• Passion for working with children and helping others grow; strong communication, patience, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Track progress with session data and notes.
• Communicate with families and the clinical team.
• Stay physically active during sessions (sitting, squatting, playing, running).
