Job summary

New Patterns ABA VA in Boykins, VA seeks compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision in-home and in community settings.

You will collect progress data, implement individualized treatment plans, collaborate with the team, and support families while upholding BACB ethics; flexible schedule and opportunities for growth. Reliable transportation and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification through the BACB (preferred).
• Reliable transportation.
• Experience with autism or developmental disabilities (preferred).
• Strong communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 therapy to clients in-home and community-based settings.
• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors.
• Assist in the development of behavior intervention strategies.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
• Maintain a positive and supportive relationship with clients and their families.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and BACB standards.
