Job summary

Advanceable ABA is looking for Behavior Technicians in Crewe, VA to provide in-home ABA therapy. The role offers flexible part-time and full-time schedules, competitive pay ranging from $21 to $26 per hour based on experience, and opportunities for mentorship. Candidates should have a high school diploma and a passion for helping children with special needs. Paid training and certification support will be provided.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children and helping others grow.
• 1+ year of experience with kids or individuals with special needs preferred.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans for children.
• Track progress through accurate session data and notes.
