Advanceable ABA is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) to deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under a BCBA's guidance. You’ll work in the child’s home, helping to build communication, play, and life skills in a supportive setting.

We offer paid onboarding, a 40-hour RBT course, mentorship, flexible part-time or full-time scheduling, and opportunities for advancement as you grow in your ABA career.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ year of experience with kids or individuals with special needs preferred.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license required.
• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA guidance.
• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans with children.
• Track progress through session data and notes.
• Communicate with families and clinical team to support success.
