The position offers Monday through Friday availability in the afternoons: 3:00 PM–7:00 PM or 12:00 PM–7:00 PM, with competitive hourly compensation. Transportation reliability and a passion for children are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification preferred or required.
• Passion for working with children.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Observes, records, and reports client progress daily.
• Manages challenging behaviors.
• Applies behavioral principles in interactions with clients.
• Assists clients to acquire academic and life skills.
• Communicates professionally with parents and analysts.
• Functions as an active member of the treatment team.
• Completes daily paperwork and data entries in the online database.
• Participates in ongoing training to enhance skills.
• Mails confidentiality and follows BE policies.
