Job summary

Asteri Behavioral Treatment Center in Lake Elsinore, CA is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide in-home ABA therapy to children with autism and developmental disabilities, implementing treatment plans created by a BCBA and helping clients build communication, social, and daily living skills.

The role offers paid training, mentorship, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for professional growth, with afternoon/evening sessions and travel within 25 miles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, play, self-help, and daily living skills.
• Help reduce challenging behaviors using positive, evidence-based strategies.
• Collect accurate session data and complete clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with supervising clinicians to support client progress.
• Communicate professionally with families and caregivers.
• Attend ongoing training and team meetings.
