Job summary

Flexjet is seeking a Cabin Server to deliver exceptional in-flight service on our fleet of large cabin aircraft. The role emphasizes passenger comfort, responsiveness, and professionalism while maintaining cabin readiness and stock levels.

Required are an AA degree or equivalent and several years in customer service, preferably in luxury hospitality or corporate aviation, with flexibility for a rotating schedule and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or equivalent tolerance not required; AA degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor required.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high level of service and comfort for all passengers.
• Provide passengers with memorable experiences with responsive service.
• Prepare and present catering and beverage orders as requested.
• Prepare passengers and aircraft for landing following procedures.
• Greet passengers with courtesy and professionalism.
• Maintain cabin cleanliness and organization.
• Monitor aircraft stock and supplies.
• Communicate passenger needs to the Captain as needed.
• Attend to routine passenger needs and other duties as assigned.
