Responsibilities

• Conduct territory research and identify opportunities.
• Execute onboarding and training programs for advisors.
• Manage advisor productivity and performance.
• Attend insurance adjuster appointments.
• Manage sales pipeline and conversion of jobs.
• Provide customer issue support and issue resolution.
• Train and develop advisors into expert roles.
• Assist onboarding classes for new advisors.
• Assist branch manager with sales meetings.
• Scope and oversee all advisor projects.

At Premier Roofing, our mission is to provide homeowners in storm-affected areas with top-quality roof inspections, navigate them through the insurance process, and ensure they receive the best possible service. We have established ourselves as a trusted name in the restoration roofing industry with over 20 years of experience and 14 different locations.

Compensation:

You will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions earning 35% profit on completed roofing projects. Our business allows for a flexible schedule and growth based on performance and sales goals. The sales team is paid weekly and will be mentored by a proven sales leader within the organization.

Note: If you are self-driven and money-motivated with a desire for growth you will be successful at Premier! We provide weekly onboarding pay for the first 8 weeks, including any commission. This is a commission role.
