Job summary

Premier Roofing in Raleigh is seeking an In-Field Sales Training Manager to lead advisor onboarding, training programs, and productivity across the sales team, while coordinating with branch leadership.

This is a commission role with uncapped earnings (35% profit per project). Weekly onboarding pay for the first 8 weeks, mentorship from a sales leader, flexible schedule, and opportunities for growth based on performance and sales goals.

Qualifications

• 2 years of sales training experience.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Able to climb ladders and walk on rooftops.

Responsibilities

• Territory Research.
• Execute Advisor onboarding and training programs.
• Manage Advisor productivity.
• Attend adjuster appointments.
• Manage pipeline and job conversion.
• Customer issue support.
• Train and develop Advisor into Expert role.
• Assist with onboarding classes.
• Assist Branch Manager with Sales Meetings.
• Scope all Advisor’s projects.

At Premier Roofing, our mission is to provide homeowners in storm-affected areas with top-quality roof inspections, navigate them through the insurance process, and ensure they receive the best possible service. We have established ourselves as a trusted name in the restoration roofing industry with over 20 years of experience and 14 different locations.

Compensation:

You will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions earning 35% profit on completed roofing projects. Our business allows for a flexible schedule and growth based on performance and sales goals. The sales team is paid weekly and will be mentored by a proven sales leader within the organization.

Note: If you are self-driven and money-motivated with a desire for growth you will be successful at Premier! We provide weekly onboarding pay for the first 8 weeks, including any commission. This is a commission role.
