Job summary

Premier Roofing is seeking an In-Field Sales Training Manager to coach Sales Advisors in the field. You’ll train on prospecting, inspections, closing techniques, and delivering a great customer experience.

Location is St. Louis, with uncapped earning potential through commission-based compensation. Lead from the front, guiding the team to achieve performance goals and provide outstanding service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of door-to-door or outside sales experience.
• 2+ years of experience with insurance restoration.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable climbing ladders and walking on rooftops.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-field onboarding and ongoing training for new and experienced Sales Advisors.
• Coach Advisors on prospecting, door-to-door outreach, inspections, and closing techniques.
• Manage Advisor productivity and hold the team accountable to sales goals.
• Scope and review Advisors’ projects to ensure accuracy and profitability.
• Attend adjuster appointments and support Advisors through the insurance process.
• Help resolve customer issues quickly and professionally.
• Assist the Branch Manager with sales meetings and training sessions.
• Research and understand your territory, identifying high-opportunity neighborhoods.

We’re hiring an In-Field Sales Training Manager to work directly with our Sales Advisors in the field. You’ll be out in neighborhoods and on rooftops, coaching Advisors on how to prospect, run inspections, close deals, and deliver a great customer experience.
