Job summary

Premier Roofing in Raleigh is seeking an In-Field Sales Training Manager to coach and develop a field-based sales team. You will lead onboarding programs, drive advisor performance, and coordinate territory research to maximize revenue.

This is a commission-based role with uncapped earnings and a 35% profit share on completed roofing projects. Weekly pay during onboarding for the first 8 weeks, plus ongoing mentoring by a seasoned sales leader, supports your growth and success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales training experience.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a drive to exceed targets.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Territory research and market analysis.
• Execute Advisor onboarding and training programs.
• Manage Advisor productivity and coaching.
• Attend adjuster appointments.
• Manage pipeline and conversion.
• Provide customer issue support.
• Train Advisors to Expert level.

At Premier Roofing, our mission is to provide homeowners in storm-affected areas with top-quality roof inspections, navigate them through the insurance process, and ensure they receive the best possible service. We have established ourselves as a trusted name in the restoration roofing industry with over 20 years of experience and 14 different locations.

Compensation:

You will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions earning 35% profit on completed roofing projects. Our business allows for a flexible schedule and growth based on performance and sales goals. The sales team is paid weekly and will be mentored by a proven sales leader within the organization.

Note: If you are self-driven and money-motivated with a desire for growth you will be successful at Premier! We provide weekly onboarding pay for the first 8 weeks, including any commission. This is a commission role.
