Job summary

Peak Pest Control is seeking an Outside Sales Rep/Manager who will be the community face and drive growth beyond warm leads. The role offers base salary plus commission and a clear path to management as the company expands to new locations.

You will run in-person estimates, build referral networks with local business owners, property managers, and realtors, and actively pursue new customers while logging activities and requesting referrals and reviews.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales, pest control or home services preferred.
• Able to start conversations with strangers and be self-managed in the field.
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Run in-person estimates on warm leads, quote on the spot, and close the sale.
• Build referral relationships with local business owners, property managers, and realtors.
• Door-knock recently moved-in homes and offer a new-homeowner service package.
• Follow up on every open estimate until it's won or closed.
• Log activity daily in your sales sheet and set up new accounts in FieldRoutes.
• Ask every new customer for referrals and a Google review.

We are looking for an Outside Sales Rep/Manager that can be the community face for Peak Pest Control. We receive warm residential and commercial leads almost daily that need to closed and have untapped growth potential in this company. We need someone that can build relationships in the community and help grow Peaks brand outside of just warm leads as well. Peak Pest Control is also looking to expand very rapidly so this position will likely evolve into a form of a management role as we open new locations and bring on more Sales Reps. The Compensation is base salary plus commission.

Requirements

Outside sales experience (pest control or home services is a plus) isnt required but is preferred
