Job summary

AmeriCorps & Senior Corps is recruiting for a national service role in Washington state’s ESD Comprehensive Re-entry Program. Members will serve inside Department of Corrections facilities and WorkSource offices to help adults prepare for release and connect them with re-entry resources.

You will facilitate employment-readiness workshops, build relationships with local jails, and coordinate warm hand-offs to WorkSource contacts, supporting job seekers and employers in the reentry process.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering employment-readiness workshops inside facilities.
• Ability to build relationships with local jails.
• Provide individualized support and connect participants to WorkSource contacts.

Responsibilities
