Job summary

Amity Foundation seeks an Employment Services Representative for theVista Campus in Vista, CA. You will support participants with employment prep, resume writing, interviews, and job search, while collaborating with employers to create opportunities.

The role is full-time, on-site, non-exempt, serving prison and re-entry programs within a therapeutic community. Training and certification may be provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in social sciences or related field is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent and two years of experience in a related role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an updated roster of student placements and coordinate with employers.
• Assist with job preparation, resume writing, interviewing skills, and job search activities.
• Provide counseling and employability services, including assessments and referrals to training or employment.
• Ensure compliance with Amity policies and relevant federal/state regulations.
