Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation seeks a licensed Physical Therapist for in-facility care across our sites. You will assess patients, craft recovery plans, and deliver individualized physical therapy to restore function and mobility.

You will join a team focused on patient-centered care, collaboration, and ongoing professional growth through mentorship and CEU opportunities, with eligibility for visa/sponsorship as needed.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Physical Therapy license or proof of eligibility.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent PT-related field.
• US equivalence evaluation for degrees earned outside the US.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver physical therapy services to patients.
• Collaborate with care team and refer as needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence.

Education

Valid Physical Therapy license in state(s) of practice

Master's degree in Physical Therapy

Master's degree in PT-related field + Bachelor's in PT

Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy + 5 years PT experience

Foreign PT degree evaluated for US equivalence
