Clarvida is hiring a Behavioral Consultant to support in-community behavioral health for youths aged 2–21 in Pennsylvania. The role involves leading assessments, identifying target behaviors, and coordinating with families, educators, and service providers to implement individualized treatment plans.

The position requires strong clinical insight, excellent documentation, and the ability to supervise and guide ABA interventions under licensed supervision.

Qualifications

• Must meet at least one PA licensure criterion listed in the job ad.
• Experience in mental health direct services with children/youth is valued.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and observe clients to identify target behaviors
• Develop and monitor Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) with input from families and providers
• Implement ABA-aligned strategies and interventions prescribed by a licensed professional
• Collaborate with families, educators, and teams to support client progress
• Provide clinical oversight and maintain documentation aligned with treatment goals
