Job summary

Clarvida is hiring a Behavioral Consultant to provide in-community behavioral health support for youths aged 2–21 in Pennsylvania. The role involves leading assessments, identifying target behaviors, and partnering with families, educators, and other providers to create individualized treatment plans.

This direct care and supervisory position requires strong clinical insight and detailed documentation to drive progress.

Qualifications

Candidates must meet at least one of the following criteria.
Licensed in Pennsylvania as a Behavior Specialist or
Certified BCBA or graduate-level certification in behavior analysis
Graduate degree in ABA or related field
Graduate degree in psychology, social work, education, or counseling with 1 year of direct services experience or practicum
Ability to pass PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI clearances

Responsibilities

Conduct behavioral assessments and observe clients to identify target behaviors
Develop and monitor Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) with input from families and providers
Implement ABA-aligned strategies prescribed by licensed clinicians
Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to support client progress
Provide clinical oversight, documentation, and regular updates aligned with treatment goals
