Job summary

Clarvida is seeking a Behavioral Consultant ABA to provide in-community behavioral health support to youth up to age 21. The role requires direct care and supervision, with responsibilities including conducting assessments, developing ITPs, and implementing ABA strategies, while coordinating with families, schools, and other providers.

The position emphasizes strong clinical insight, precise documentation, and collaboration with a licensed psychologist or psychiatrist for treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Must hold active PA licensure in a relevant behavioral health field.
• Certification as BCBA or graduate-level behavior analysis credential required or ongoing.
• Experience with ABA service delivery and supervision is expected.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and observe clients to identify target behaviors.
• Develop and monitor Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) with input from families and providers.
• Implement ABA-aligned strategies and interventions prescribed by a licensed clinician.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to support client progress.
• Provide clinical oversight, documentation, and regular updates aligned with treatment goals.
