Job summary

Clarvida seeks a Behavioral Consultant to provide in-community ABA-backed support for youth in Pennsylvania. You will lead assessments, identify target behaviors, and collaborate with families, educators, and providers to craft individualized treatment plans. This direct care role requires clinical insight and strong documentation skills.

The position supports ages 2–21, with part-time hours and opportunities for supervision and licensure CEUs. Join a team focused on outcome-driven youth care.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Pennsylvania as a Behavior Specialist.
• BCBA or graduate-level certification in behavior analysis.
• Graduate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Graduate degree in psychology, social work, education, or counseling with practicum or 1 year direct services.
• Ability to pass PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI Clearances.
• L icensure to oversee ABA services (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LSW/Psychologist/CRNP or similar).

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and observe clients to identify target behaviors.
• Develop and monitor ITPS with input from families and providers.
• Implement ABA-aligned strategies and interventions prescribed by a licensed psychologist or psychiatrist.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to support client progress.
• Provide clinical oversight, documentation, and regular updates in line with treatment goals.
