Job summary

Clarvida is seeking a Behavioral Consultant ABA to join our Pennsylvania team, delivering in-community behavioral health support for ages 2–21. You will lead assessments, set target behaviors, and design individualized treatment plans with families and providers.

This is a direct care and supervisory role requiring strong clinical insight and meticulous documentation. You will collaborate with schools and other professionals to ensure client progress and oversee ABA services, with opportunities

Qualifications

• Licensed in Pennsylvania as a Behavior Specialist.
• BCBA certification or graduate-level certification in behavior analysis.
• Graduate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Graduate degree in psychology, social work, education, or counseling with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and observe clients to identify target behaviors.
• Develop and monitor Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) with input from families and providers.
• Implement ABA-aligned strategies and interventions prescribed by a licensed psychologist or psychiatrist.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to support client progress.
• Provide clinical oversight, documentation, and regular updates in line with treatment goals.
