Greater Goals ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our mission-driven clinical team in Alpharetta, GA. You will work one-on-one with students during in-school support, under BCBA supervision, implementing ABA programs across home, school, and center-based settings.

The role emphasizes accurate data collection in Rethink, timely documentation, and collaboration with families. Spanish-speaking is a plus and opportunities for professional growth toward BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience working with children with developmental disabilities.
• Current RBT certification.
• Experience with ABA data collection and session documentation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, creativity, and genuine passion for supporting the autism community.
• Professional development assistance and RBT certification support.

Responsabilités

• Implement ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision across home, school, and center-based settings
• Collect accurate session data and enter documentation into Rethink within 24 hours of each session
• Maintain consistent fidelity to individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Participate in the 7-day and 30-day new hire check-in process
• Maintain professional communication with families and report observations to supervising BCBA
