Job summary

CenterWell Senior Primary Care in Lebanon, TN seeks a Medical Assistant to keep the clinic running smoothly from intake to physician visits. You’ll prepare patients, verify medications and allergies, and ensure accurate documentation.

In this onsite role, you’ll manage the EMR inbox, perform basic vitals and screenings, and guide patients with the loop-back method to reinforce instructions. We offer competitive pay and bonus incentives.

Qualifications

• HIPAA & Safety policies compliance.
• Infection prevention and OSHA standards.
• Graduated from MA training program or 3 years' experience.
• Right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Intake & clinical rooming: record vitals, verify meds and allergies, document history, and conduct screenings.
• Inbox & worklist management: use routing rules in the EMR to handle messages, labs, and follow-ups.
• Education & loop-back: ensure patient understanding by asking them to repeat instructions in their own words.
