Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 2 years of manager experience in healthcare is preferred.
• 3 years healthcare/customer service experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification.
• Ability to pass Level II background screening.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day center operations, staffing, patient flow, and standards.
• Leads interviewing, hiring, training, and staff development.
• Monitors financial statements and center scorecards to meet goals.
• Manages marketing initiatives to grow urgent care and occupational health.
