MainStreet Family Care is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee four urgent care clinics, traveling between Ocala, Alachua, Gainesville, and Starke. This role focuses on leadership, operations, and ensuring high-quality patient care.

The position entails leading clinic staff, coordinating schedules, managing inventory and hiring, and driving culture and accountability across all sites. Strong administrative and clinical leadership experience is a must.

Qualifications

• RN with management experience or CRNP/PA with leadership experience.
• Masters degree or healthcare administration experience or multi-site management.
• Willing to travel frequently between Ocala, Alachua, Gainesville, and Starke.
• Available for extensive day travel and occasional overnight stays.
• Capable of driving culture, accountability, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operations and policy compliance across 4 clinics.
• Lead clinic staff and coordinate schedules; monitor staffing needs.
• Manage inventory, hiring, coaching, and patient experience.
• Be on-site leader ensuring clinic success 7 days a week.
• Drive clinic culture and accountability with presence and purpose.
