Job summary

Utah Trim & Wellness Clinic in Midvale, UT is seeking an in-clinic Sales Consultant to lead our liposuction program. You will conduct confident, in-person consultations, present the program, and close new clients using a proven script.

This role offers $20–$25/hour plus 10% commission, uncapped, with performance bonuses and paid time off. You’ll train with our team, benefit from pre-booked appointments, and avoid cold calling while helping clients achieve their goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in face-to-face or consultative roles.
• Real comfort with objections and discussing money.
• Polished, friendly in-person presence that conveys safety and trust.
• Coachable, self-motivated, competitive with a track record of hitting targets.
• Availability for some Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Run in-person consultations and presentations using a scripted process.
• Close new clients on liposuction packages and recommend upsells.
• Handle price objections with empathy and confidence.
• Follow up with consulted clients and keep accurate notes on each consult.
• Collaborate with nurses/NPs to ensure a great client experience.
• Participate in regular sales training and role-plays.
