The role offers a base of $20–$25/hr plus 10% commission and performance bonuses, with a six-figure earnings potential at target. On-site role with a steady stream of pre-booked appointments and full training.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience with a track record of closing.
• Med spa or aesthetics/high-ticket consumer sales experience is a strong plus.
• Comfort with objections and discussing money.

Responsibilities

• Run in-person consultations and presentations using the script and process.
• Close new clients on lipo injection packages and upsell complementary services.
• Handle price, fear and trust objections with empathy and confidence.
• Follow up with consulted clients who haven't decided yet and keep accurate notes.
