Job summary

Jubilee Ministries Inc. in Annville, PA is seeking a hands-on ReBuilt Store team member to serve customers, handle donations, and keep merchandise moving.

You’ll engage with customers at the dock and register, assist management with concerns, and participate in keeping displays attractive while contributing to a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. As part of a small, faith-based team, you will model our values, join staff devotions, and help ensure a positive experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service within retail or service environments.
• Experience operating a cash register or POS system.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve customer concerns quickly.
• Attention to detail to maintain organized shelves and accurate transactions.
• Reliable team player who can support a small staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent customer service experience for store visitors and dock guests.
• Operate the register as scheduled and handle transactions accurately.
• Assist management in resolving customer concerns and returns.
• Assist in opening and closing the store and dock as instructed.
• Keep shelves and racks full, neatly displayed, and store/dock clean and organized.
• Process donations according to policy.
• Assist with loading or unloading purchases and donations.
• Participate in staff meetings and team building.

We exist to serve those affected by incarceration by being Ambassadors of Life Change through the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Jubilee Ministries is a privately funded 501(c)3 non-profit Christian ministry. We consider every position to be essential in the fulfillment of our Mission Statement. As such, each employee must have a relationship with Jesus Christ as their personal Savior and Lord.

Join our ReBuilt Store team in a hands-on role where you’ll work with building materials, assist customers, and help keep merchandise moving. This position does involve lifting, and some knowledge of construction or building materials is a plus.

What You’ll Do

The Details

Schedule: Monday – Saturday

Hours: Availability between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm

Compensation: $15.00/hour
