The Citizens Bank in Monticello, AR is seeking a Relationship Banker to join our on-site team. You will help customers with daily banking needs and guide them through financial options, building lasting relationships within the community.

As a Relationship Banker, you will promote suitable products, provide friendly service, and contribute to an exceptional branch experience that reflects our People First philosophy. Prior banking experience is preferred.

Formación

• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Strong customer service abilities.
• Clear and confident communication, in person and by phone.
• Comfort with learning new computer systems.
