Job summary

First Service Bank is seeking a Part-Time Universal Banker to join the Maumelle/Camp Robinson team on-site. You will greet customers, build relationships, and handle deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential, with a passion for serving the public. Residency within 30 miles of Little Rock, AR, or willingness to relocate is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication abilities required, with a focus on clear customer interaction.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines while providing friendly service.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand their banking needs.
• Build real relationships and provide easy, human banking experiences.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments accurately.
• Balance cash drawers and maintain accuracy.
• Open and service checking, savings, and CD accounts.
• Assist with debit cards, online banking, and account questions.
• Make product/service recommendations to fit customer needs.
• Refer to lenders or bank experts when appropriate.
• Follow bank policies and regulatory requirements and protect customer information.
