Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of face-to-face customer service experience.
• Previous cash handling experience required.
• Prior consultative sales experience required.
• One year of banking experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Open new accounts and submit loan applications.
• Educate customers about financial needs and promote digital banking services.
• Assist customers with teller transactions and account maintenance.
• Resolve customer service issues and provide timely responses.
• Travel to branch locations within Sussex County, DE as needed.
