Job summary

WSFS Bank is seeking a Personal Banker to open new accounts, guide customers in financial needs, and promote digital banking solutions. The role involves in-person service, outbound calling, and occasional branch visits within Sussex County, DE.

Training spans 4–6 months with a focus on building relationships and product referrals. The position is full-time with a rotating schedule, requires 1+ year of customer service and cash handling experience, and offers a base salary plus incentives and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of face-to-face customer service experience.
• Previous cash handling experience required.
• Prior consultative sales experience required.
• One year of banking experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to market bank products and services.

Responsibilities

• Open new accounts and process loan applications.
• Assist customers with teller transactions and account maintenance requests.
• Educate customers on digital banking services and upsell where appropriate.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Follow bank policies and regulatory requirements.
