Job summary

Kinsmith Finance seeks a Customer Service Representative to support branch customers by processing loan applications, handling payments, and keeping accurate records. You will engage customers in person and by phone, providing solutions and promoting quality service.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and a willingness to work beyond standard hours when needed. Prior finance/retail experience is preferred, with a high school diploma or equivalent as a minimum.

• Prior Finance, Retail, or Sales experience.
• Ability to work beyond our standard weekday hours if necessary to meet business goals.
• Basic Computer Proficiency

Responsibilities
