Job summary

Kinsmith Finance is seeking a Customer Service Representative to work in the branch, processing loan applications, accepting payments, and helping manage customer accounts. You will greet customers in person and by phone, answer questions about accounts, and collaborate with the team to meet branch goals.

We're looking for strong communication skills, reliability, and a positive work ethic; prior customer service or retail experience is preferred.

Summary

Monthly Bonus Incentives

All eligible customer service representatives have the opportunity to earn up to $1300 additional monthly bonuses based on office performance. Offices should expect to earn a minimum of $500 per month in bonus incentives.
