Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of Customer Service Experience required.
• 1 Year minimum of Cash Handling Experience in Customer Facing Role required.
• 1 Year minimum Experience in a Banking Environment with Basic Knowledge of Bank Deposit Products and Services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transaction Processing: perform routine teller transactions and service clients per procedures.
• Customer Services & Sales: identify needs and recommend features, educate on banking tech.
• Cash Handling & Security: balance cash and follow cash handling policies; review for red flags.
• Administrative & Compliance Tasks: gather data, complete reports, ensure regulatory compliance.
