Draper Labs in Cambridge, MA seeks an IMU Development Program Manager to lead the development of complex inertial systems across strategic programs. You will shape long‑term strategy, plan resources, and oversee day‑to‑day execution while coordinating with industry partners to mature key technologies and integrate them with electro‑mechanical subsystems.

This role requires owning program performance, managing cost and schedule targets, engaging customers, and guiding cross‑functional teams

Qualificações

• 7 years of professional experience in project/program management in commercial or defense industry.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, business, or related technical field.
• Experience with government projects/programs and customer interfaces.
• Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications.

Responsabilidades

• Own overall program execution, meeting cost, schedule, and technical performance targets for complex programs.
• Establish program performance baselines and manage resource plans.
• Coordinate with functional teams to recruit and develop key talent.
• Lead cross‑functional teams through all lifecycle phases and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Engage with customers, manage contracts and negotiations, and monitor risk and quality assurance.
