Qualifications

• Strong communication and SME capabilities across technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage priorities, scope, schedule, and cost to baselines by monitoring program/task performance.
• Independently derive system-level I&T requirements and define plans, approaches, and test procedures.
• Mitigate I&T risks and issues; brief executives and senior leadership as needed.
• Develop, document, and teach best practices to less experienced engineers.
• Lead testing deliverables and coordinate with test facilities and equipment.
