Job summary

Terrestrial Energy is seeking a Project Coordinator to support planning, scheduling, and project controls for its IMSR programs. You will help ensure schedules, reporting, and stakeholder communications remain accurate and aligned with program objectives in a highly regulated nuclear environment.

The role reports to the Systems Engineering Manager and involves coordination with engineering, safety, QA, and licensing teams, with occasional site travel.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree or diploma in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of work experience in project planning or coordination for complex engineering projects.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and Visio for scheduling, documentation, data analysis, and visual communication.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, scheduling, coordination, and execution of project controls activities across programs and projects.
• Prepare project progress and variance reports, develop dashboards, and generate actionable insights.
• Coordinate with procurement, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Facilitate clear communication among project stakeholders and schedule meetings with agendas and minutes.
• Assist in identifying risks and mitigation plans; support quality checks and process improvements.
