KBR, Inc. seeks an ILS2: Operational Support Specialist – Scheduling to provide integrated scheduling support for ILS2 Task Order execution in Hawaii.

The role develops, maintains, and controls the IMS, ensuring activities align with operational objectives and milestones. Working with program leadership across logistics, planning, sustainment, and contingency operations, you will ensure schedule integration, timeline analysis, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree and 2+ years of experience or equivalent in lieu of degree.
• Experience supporting project scheduling, program coordination, or operations support.
• Knowledge of scheduling principles, timeline management, and schedule reporting.
• Experience with scheduling tools like MS Project or Primavera P6.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Ability to obtain and maintain security clearances.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Coordinate with functional teams to collect and integrate scheduling data.
• Monitor schedule performance against timelines and objectives.
• Identify dependencies, milestones, and risks affecting execution.
• Prepare schedule reports, updates, and analyses for leadership.
• Support transition planning by incorporating startup, execution, and turnover activities.
• Coordinate with controls, finance, and operations to align schedule with requirements.
• Maintain scheduling documentation and data accuracy.
• Identify conflicts and develop mitigation strategies.
