Job summary

This role interfaces with program leadership and controls staff to ensure accurate, synchronized timelines and proactive decision support. The position emphasizes schedule analysis, risk identification, and performance monitoring, enabling visibility into execution.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree and 4+ years of scheduling experience.
• Experience building integrated schedules in complex programs.
• Proficiency with MS Project or Primavera P6; cross-functional data coordination.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and control the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Collect and update schedule data from cross-functional teams.
• Identify dependencies, critical paths, milestones, and risks.
• Monitor schedule performance and track progress against timelines.
• Coordinate with program controls, financial, and operations to align data.
• Assist transition planning by integrating startup, execution, transition, turnover.
