Job summary

KBR is seeking an ILS2: IMS Specialist to develop, maintain, and integrate the Integrated Master Schedule across logistics, planning, sustainment, and contingency operations. You will work with program leadership and functional teams to ensure a unified, auditable schedule that supports mission objectives and proactive decision-making.

The role emphasizes schedule analysis, risk identification, and performance monitoring to enable timely insights.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree plus 4+ years of experience.
• Secret clearance.
• Experience building and maintaining integrated schedules in complex programs.
• Knowledge of scheduling principles and lifecycle planning.
• Experience with MS Project or Primavera P6.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and control the IMS to support program execution.
• Integrate data from multiple functional teams across logistics, planning, sustainment, contingency operations, and other program activities.
• Identify dependencies, critical paths, milestones, and risks.
• Monitor schedule performance and progress against timelines and objectives.
• Provide schedule updates, analyses, reports, and status information to leadership.
• Support transition planning by integrating startup, execution, transition, and turnover into the IMS.
• Coordinate with project controls, financial, and operational personnel to align schedule data with performance metrics.
• Assist in identifying schedule impacts, resource conflicts, and potential delays and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain schedule documentation and ensure data is accurate and auditable.
