Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an Integrated Master Schedule Management Specialist to help lead the development, maintenance, and refinement of the IMS across enterprise programs for the Marine Corps. Qualifications

• Experience developing and maintaining Microsoft Project IMS and delivering executive communications for PMRs or status meetings.
• Ability to manage HQ communications and deliver timely responses to stakeholders.
• Secret clearance required.
• PMP Certification required or equivalent.
• 10+ years of program or project management experience leading enterprise schedules and multi-site infrastructure portfolios (or 5+ years with a Master’s degree).

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and refine the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to give enterprise-wide visibility into milestones and dependencies.
• Coordinate the full lifecycle of contract deliverables and produce high-quality artifacts for Headquarters level review.
• Consolidate inputs from regional commands and validate submission accuracy for smooth information flow.
• Prepare briefing materials and support executive reviews, monthly status reports, and program management discussions.
• Serve as primary liaison to headquarters, respond to inquiries, and facilitate HQ-regional collaboration.
• Identify, document, and elevate discrepancies early to keep projects on track and maintain mission readiness.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Project Management
