Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology is seeking an Integrated Master Scheduler to own and baseline the IMS within the KM portal, coordinating closely with Program Management and Technical Delivery teams. The role emphasizes critical path analysis, schedule health checks, and risk management to ensure on‑time delivery and successful transition milestones.

The position requires a Bachelor’s in an IT‑related field (or 10+ years of IT experience in lieu of a degree), TS/SCI clearance with

Qualifications

Education or extensive IT experience required.
Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph is required.
3+ years of scheduling experience in DoW/IC or engineering environments.

Responsibilities

Build, baseline, and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) in the KM portal.
Perform critical path analysis, schedule health checks, and risk identification.
Collaborate with Program Management and Technical Delivery to synchronize schedules.
Track progress, variances, and propose corrective actions to maintain schedule integrity.
Communicate schedule impacts and forecasts to leadership for informed decisions.
Support transition activities by sequencing legacy and new contract workflows.
