Job summary

Asp Web Solutions seeks an Improvement Sciences Specialist in San Antonio, TX. The role focuses on development, management, and documentation of SPIDR system, applications, and data requirements within a government context.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of six years of performance improvement analytics experience, with a Secret clearance or eligibility, and knowledge of SPIDR. Preferred certifications include Black Belt, PMP, or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.

Qualifications

• Minimum six years direct experience as a performance improvement analyst in a gov't sector, preferably the US Navy.
• Secret Clearance or Eligible for Secret Clearance.
• Knowledge and background in SPIDR program.
• Black Belt or PMP or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage and document SPIDR system, application and data requirements.
• Manage activities relating to gathering requirements, project initiation, project tracking and IT standards.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills in both technical and business requirement discussions.

Duties/Tasks:

• Must have strong understanding of improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, PDSA/PDCA, Change Management).
• The candidate will develop, manage and document SPIDR system, application and data requirements.
• The successful candidate manages activities relating to the gathering of requirements, project initiation, project tracking and maintaining IT standards.
• The selected person must have strong communication skills to be effective in both technical and business requirement discussions.

Experience

• Must have a minimum of six years direct experience as a performance improvement analystwithin a gov't sector (preferably the US Navy)
• Secret Clearance or Eligible for Secret Clearance
• Knowledge and background in Strategic Performance Improvement Data Repository (SPIDR) program.
• Black Belt or PMP or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certificationpreferred
