You will work with fleet tracking platforms to locate vehicles, coordinate with impound yards and law enforcement, and maintain precise records. The position starts at $21.00 per hour and offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related or analytical discipline preferred.
• 1–3+ years in Automotive, Logistics, Finance, Analytics, or related field.
• Rent‑A‑Car industry experience preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, Access and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Utilize fleet tracking platforms for asset management and locate vehicles.
• Coordinate retrieval of impounded vehicles from designated lots.
• Collaborate with impound lot operators and law enforcement for timely releases.
• Prepare and process documentation for vehicle releases with meticulous records.
• Ensure recovered vehicles are transported to appropriate locations and delivered timely.
• Maintain records of impounded/repossessed vehicles and recovery actions.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Serve as primary contact between the company, impound lots, law enforcement, and stakeholders.
• Manage relationships with repossession agents, towing companies, and transport providers; coordinate vendor setup and record payments.
• Resolve disputes related to vehicle recovery promptly.
• Investigate discrepancies in records for accuracy.
