Job summary

Livingston International in Houston seeks a Production Supervisor–level role within Release Operations. The position focuses on timely processing, rating (where applicable) and release of client shipments in a 24/7 environment, in strict alignment with Livingston’s procedures and service standards.

You will perform data entry for release, assessment and billing, verify duty values, and ensure compliance with customs requirements and client instructions.

Qualifications

  • High School/GED or equivalent required.
  • Associates degree or post-secondary education preferred.
  • CCS designation or CSCB/NCBFAA certification in progress or completed for advancement.
  • No experience required.

Responsibilities

  • Process shipments accurately and timely.
  • Create customs entries via proper client selection and documentation interpretation.
  • Data entry for release, rating and billing; ensure mandatory fields are completed.
  • Ensure correct value for duty and tariff treatment based on invoice details.
  • Escalate release issues to appropriate analysts or supervisors as needed.
  • Adhere to policies and procedures; support day-to-day Release Operations.
